We offer a full money-back refund for all orders placed from jansevalabs.com through Medihelps.in. In case you have not been able to avail the service despite placing the order; you may either reschedule the appointment or opt for a full refund, no questions asked. For home collection bookings, in the event of a cancellation; the same is to be done 12 hours prior. If cancellation is done less than 12 hours before scheduled collection, then collection charges will apply. Refund will be initiated post successful verification by the Janseva Lab Pvt Ltd. Refund period varies between 3-10 business days from the date of refund request from the customer. Janseva Lab Pvt Ltd reserves the right to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as modification of information / partial details by the user and such a person will not be eligible for a refund.
